CAD - Computer-Aided Design
To provide the highest level of support for our customers in the premium engineered electronic & connector hardware industry, we need to design our parts in a precise environment. Autodesk Inventor provides Lyn-Tron with the exact tools needed to create such precise parts. With advanced 3D modeling and textural layouts, our drawings give our machinist the exact information they need to perform at their best. From the catalog portion of the web site you can create your own Lyn-Tron catalog part and once completed you can then download the .DWG files for free. This provides a huge benefit to engineers who are requesting items for their Bill of Materials (B.O.M) specifications.
Personnel Team
Kenan Guzman, joined Lyn-Tron in the December of 2009. Kenan graduated Eastern Washington University with a BS in Technology/Manufacturing. Before he could start developing CAD drawings he spent the first 6 months on a rotation through all of the different manufacturing departments and the quality control department. Through this experience he was able to use the CAD drawings, that he one day would be designing, in a practical way. Kenan learned from firsthand experience what should be included on a blueprint which has sped up production immensely.
Courtney Shelby, came to Lyn-Tron, in the summer of 2007. With her college background she quickly took to the concept of computer aided design. Under the excellent tutelage of Dominic Borland and Mike Thomas, Courtney will be working with 160,000+ CAD drawings that Lyn-Tron has to offer. Courtney also has a certification from Autodesk.
