Quality Control & Inspection
We take precision very seriously. Our Quality Control (QC) department is an essential group of individuals who consistently test and retest the manufactured parts to every dimensional callout on the CAD print. With a state of the art facility and industry standards our QC department ensures perfect quality each and every time.
Along with the diligent duties of checking our manufactured parts, our QC department works closely with incoming raw materials inspecting every shipment for defects. When parts do have to be returned (RMA) our QC personnel ensures that the customer receives exactly what they need and strive to document the problem to insure that it doesn't happen again. Lyn-Tron is more than happy to provide Corrective Action documentation upon request for all RMAs.
Since we offer a vast variety of plating options (Finishing Application Summary) the QC department also works in conjunction with different plating suppliers. Constantly checking classification and specifications against all standards where applicable.
Personnel
Hortencia Braviroff is the supervisor of the Quality Control department. Hortencia started at Lyn-Tron 30 years ago and moved up with Lyn-Tron to the Spokane area in 1993. Hortencia has been in the Quality Control department for 20 years and became the supervisor in 2008. Hortencia is an invaluable asset to Lyn-Tron and her dedication to quality and customer satisfaction is phenomenal.
